Outpatient infusion services
At Charlotte Regional's Southwest Florida Home Infusion Service, we provide infusion therapy services for chronic diseases and other treatments in a friendly, welcoming environment. Our nurses have specialized training in infusion therapy, and are focused on patient safety and comfort. With comfortable recliners, television sets, and books and magazines, we are dedicated to making the experience as pleasant as possible.
The types of treatments and services provided include:
- IV antibiotic administration
- Hydration therapy
- Other complex infusion therapies as approved
- Maintenance of central lines/ports
- Subcutaneous/IM injections
- Catheter occlusion management
Hours are by appointment and available seven days a week.
