Keep your weight in check and eat right. Integrate physical activity into your life and focus on living a healthy lifestyle. Monitor what you eat and eat healthy foods.

2. Avoid too much exposure to radiation.

Avoid using too many gadgets. Limit using your gadgets and appliances that give off radiation. Avoid staying too much in the sun without protection.

3. Do not smoke. Avoid vices.

Avoid vices as much as possible. You can drink alcohol but drink moderately. If you haven’t tried smoking, do not try it. But if you do, quit it. These vices destroy almost every organ in your body, that makes the risk of having cancer increase.
